These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Mise application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by TEGS LABS LTD (“Mise”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Overview of the Service

Mise is a subscription-based meal planning platform that helps users:

• Generate weekly meal plans
• Discover recipes
• Create shopping lists
• Plan meals based on dietary preferences
• Generate meals using ingredients already available at home
• Build shopping plans around selected UK supermarkets

The Service is provided for informational and organisational purposes only.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Update information when necessary
• Accept responsibility for activity on your account

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Meal Plans and Recommendations

Meal plans, recipes, ingredient suggestions, and shopping recommendations are generated using software and automated systems.

Mise does not guarantee nutritional accuracy, suitability for medical conditions, allergen safety, product availability, price accuracy, or dietary compliance.

Users remain responsible for reviewing all ingredients and meal suggestions before use.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may reference or integrate with third-party services including supermarkets, retailers, payment providers, analytics providers, and mobile app stores.

We are not responsible for third-party products or services, product pricing, stock availability, external websites, or third-party policies or terms.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms.

6. Subscription Access

Certain features require an active paid subscription.

Access to premium features may be suspended if subscription payments fail, a subscription expires, or a user violates these Terms.

Subscription details, billing, free trials, renewals, and cancellations are governed by our Terms and Conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related content — including software, branding, logos, recipes, designs, databases, and user interface elements — are owned by or licensed to TEGS LABS LTD.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership rights to users.

8. User Content

You may submit information such as dietary preferences, pantry ingredients, saved meals, and shopping preferences.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the Service, you grant TEGS LABS LTD a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update the platform, modify functionality, introduce new features, remove features, or conduct maintenance at any time.

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse the Service, or we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEGS LABS LTD makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Users assume all responsibility for decisions made based on information provided through the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEGS LABS LTD shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of savings, loss of business opportunities, dietary outcomes, or health-related outcomes arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
